We are blessed to have Tim doing everything and then some in every department. He is by far the most patient person, ever! Elonia is such a great addition. She comes with many years of experience in the fashion industry and a business owner from Los Angelinos, California. She was one of the best Course 1, 2, 3 & 4 Wilton students at Hobby Lobby this year. Elonia is truly a blessing in everything she does. Suzy is our organizer, scheduler, secretary and anything that must get done ASAP person. Suzy has organized us through 2008'. At a glance, we can see and plan for weeks clearly. Madison is our first student/intern. Madison is a culinary student with many goals and dream. We are honored to have her as an addition to our "Cookie Team." She is already a proven asset to our team. Amanda, thanks for keeping up with payroll and making sure Uncle Sam is paid on time. We are so blessed to have some of the BEST to work with. We had the best time learning from some of the best confection artist in the world. Food Network Cake Instructors and Judges that we had the chance meet and learn from were: Norm Davis, Kerry Vincent, Colette Peters, and Nicholas Lodge. We took a hands-on class with Colette Peters who is from New York and has made cakes for the White House and many celebrities. She was so kind and signed all my books that I had that she had written. They taught us so many new things we have already started preparing in the shop. We ended the week being at the same Hotel and Quest Arena that Keith Urban was performing his world tour "Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing." He is such a talented guy and put on such a great concert. Thank you East Texas for your support, we are honored to be apart!
